DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We will not accept returns on opened or used items.  

If item(s) are unsatisfactory, returns are accepted within 30 days from day of delivery for a refund of the item(s). Shipping cost non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for any and all shopping cost for returns. Please contact Mood22hq@gmail.com with your order number and "Return Request" listed in subject line for more information.  

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY BOTTLES ARE BROKEN DURING SHIPPING?

We are happy to replace them free of charge. Please contact us at Mood22hq@gmail.com with your name, order number and images of the damages and packaging. Please list "Replacement" in the subject line. 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
